ASK THE TEAM
ASK
THE TEAM
In this section of the magazine, you are able to send in your questions and queries regarding your
apprenticeship (for example End Point Assessment, Functional Skills, or Off-the-Job). Nothing is
off-limits and no question is a silly question, so if you are unsure about anything please let us know
by sending in your question to hello@showcasetraining.co.uk.
What happens if I fall
behind with my work?
Don’t worry, your tutor is
there to support you. They
can help you create an action
plan to catch up and offer
extra guidance if needed.
The most important thing is
to communicate and ask for
help early.
Can I ask questions if I
don’t understand
something?
Absolutely! Your tutor and
workplace are all there to
support
you.
Asking
questions is an important
part of learning and helps
you develop confidence and
knowledge.
How do I know if I’m
making good progress?
Your tutor will regularly review your
progress and give you feedback. They
will let you know what you’re doing well
and what to work on next.
How often will I see my
tutor?
You will see your tutor every
4 weeks as part of the
apprenticeship. During your
visits, you and your tutor will
discuss
your
progress,
complete assessments and
learning activities, as well as
set coursework.
Will I get a qualification
at the end?
Yes! Once you successfully complete
your apprenticeship and End Point
Assessment, you will receive a
nationally recognised qualification.
