What does success really mean to you?
Before chasing any goal, take a moment to really
think about what success means to you personally.
For some, it’s landing a high paying job or getting a
promotion. for other, it’s doing work that makes a
difference, or simply finding balance and happiness
in what they do; there is no one size fits all definition.
Once you figure out your own version of success, it
becomes easier to stay focused and motivated; even
when things get tough.

Success doesn’t happen over night, it is built one
small step at a time. Here are a few ways to stay on

so make sure you keep up with it! Learn news
skills, read, take courses and ask questions
Find Good Mentors: Someone who has been
where you want to go can save you a lot of trial
and error.
Be Resilient: Things will go wrong sometimes,
this can’t be helped but the key is to get back up
